Dr. Jarvis Tchorly is a seasoned infrastructure strategist, public-private partnership (PPP) expert, and executive leader with extensive experience across construction, governance, investment advisory, and development finance. As a dynamic CEO and thought leader, he has successfully led multi-sector projects in Ghana and the UK, spanning road infrastructure, smart city planning, real estate, renewable energy, and public service delivery.

With a PhD in Public-Private Partnerships, Dr. Tchorly developed a groundbreaking framework for optimizing bidding processes in road sector PPPs—bridging academic rigor with real-world application. His research has compared the UK’s Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and Ghana’s evolving public-private models, giving him a global outlook with local insight.

He brings an authentic connection to Ghana’s developmental landscape. His academic journey through PRESEC, the University of Ghana, and international postgraduate studies has shaped a well-rounded, globally-informed approach to sustainable development.

In addition to his roles as CEO of Shermack Limited (construction), Faricode Ltd (IT solutions), and Tchorly Farms (agribusiness), he is also the Co-founder and Director of the Global Institute of Sustainable Excellence (GISE), a forward-thinking initiative driving cross-sector collaboration for sustainability and innovation.
